TimeCode Monitor is a simple application that allows you to view SMPTE LTC timecode. With this tool, you can easily monitor the incoming SMPTE timecode signal. The utility automatically detects the frame rate and lets you check the signal on the frame level up to 1000 frames back. The app also shows the direction of the timecode.
