This version of TimeCalc is expanded to include SMPTE time codes, hours/minutes/seconds, and a subtract function. The calculator operates in 5 modes:
- hours and minutes;
- hours, minutes and seconds;
- hours, minutes, seconds and thousandths;
- SMPTE frames; and
- SMPTE frames and subframes.
When set at 29.97 fps, the calculator takes into account drop frames. Drop frame SMPTE timecode drops frame numbers 0 and 1 of the first second of every minute, and includes them when the number of minutes is divisible by ten.
