The Path of Hercules is a mixture of match 3 and hidden object game offering you challenging gameplay. It features an interesting story, high quality graphics, nice music and VoiceOver - that's all its part and parcel. Moreover, it is also a kind of an educational game.
Your task is to retrieve seven ancient artifacts belonging to the Olympic gods in order to save the wonderful Peloponnese peninsula and its dwellers who have lost the divine mercy. Each artifact has been hidden by Hercules in various peninsula parts during his great labours. So, follow the path of Hercules and explore seven areas including numerous levels.
On some levels, you will need to match tiles on boards, on others - search for objects in various scenes and put them together or into the right places. At first, match 3 levels seem to be easy to complete. But, the tile boards get harder when you progress the game, so don't forget to collect power-ups. Also, you should be careful when placing objects on HO levels: if you put an object in the wrong place, you will lose points. After you complete a level you can get to learn interesting facts about labours of Hercules. After an area is completed, you get an artifact.
The game offers you a common menu with the ability to adjust the options (music volume and the cursor), and set one of the offered nice animated screensavers. So, as you can see, The Path of Hercules is a game that can offer you lots of challenge and joy.
