The Jackbox Party Pack 2 has five games where the first has a number of questions that you have to lie about to your friends, there is a sound-effects game and an art-auction game. There is the gut-busting game and there is a bomb-defusing game. Ironically, the bomb-defusing game is the only one you cannot easily find online for free, and yet its graphics and game play mechanics are the weakest out of all these games. The art-auction game is the most sophisticated in terms of both design and implementation.
The Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a passable party-game pack, but it is a shame that the developers have made it a paid game rather than an ad-powered game; especially when you consider that a party full of people would see the adverts. The biggest problem with the program is that all the games may be found online for free because only the bomb-defusing game is original. There are plenty of pub-quiz and guess-the-price games online that are free, and many have better graphics. The Jackbox Party Pack 2 is a passable party game, but it requires highly motivated participants and an ability to overlook its lacklustre graphics.
