The Great International Word Search! is an enjoyable word game in which you will travel around the world. On every level, you will have a list of words and phrases to find. These can appear horizontally, vertically, diagonally and backwards. To mark a word of a phrase, you need to click on the first or last letter, and drag the mouse to the last or first letter of the word or the phrase. The words of phrases will be marked in red in the grid and they will be crossed out from the list. If you want to know the meaning of a certain word, just click on the question mark next to the word.
If you have trouble finding a word, you can ask for a hint, which will highlight the first letter of a word or phrase but then you need to find the rest. Hints are limited, so use them wisely. Look for the word "hint" on every level to collect more. The game is timed, but if you find this uncomfortable, you can click on the clock to make it disappear. A great thing is that the word searches can be printed, so you can play whenever you want. Sadly, the game offers only one mode, and graphics are simple, as well as sounds.
