The Cube is a simulation of a mechanical puzzle devised by Hungarian architect Ernö Rubik. It is composed of a cube with each of the six faces colored in different colors. Each edge of the cube is trisected and the cube is sliced along these divisions, dividing the cube into 27 small cubes termed cubes. The cube is constructed such that nine cubes comprising each face of the cube may be freely rotated as a unit with respect to the remaining 18 cubes.
