TeXor is a batch Typesetter for TeXShop, with hyperlinked console.

- Fixes problems with file types (now only files that TeXShop can open should be opened by TeXor). Took out the TeXor Console helper application out of the TeXor bundle and modified it slightly. TeXor will quit immediately when just double-clicked, instead of opening an empty TeXor Console window
