When our computer fails and we need technical assistance, we must provide some essential data about our system. This free program allows us to obtain such information in a very easy way. It has a simple, straightforward interface showing different elements of a computer. The program has two main tabs: one for obtaining info about our system, and the other one - about its physical components. In the first one, we can find information about our computer's BIOS, motherboard, CPU, video adapter, memory, and more. In the second tab, we can learn more about our computer's monitor, keyboard, pointing and sound devices, and so on. To display such data, we only need to push the corresponding button on the graphic interface. Then, we can print the information for future reference or for giving it to the technical assistance provider. The program also has a button that links to the developer's site, where we can update our program and download another software called Error Repair Professional, which is also free.
