Tabula Rasa is an app that offers a classic blackboard experience. It includes chalk and a sponge, so you can draw with the sound of chalk and wipe away your creations with the sponge (double click for faster erasing). Your drawings will be visible on the Dock-Icon, even after you quit the app.
