SystemSwift is a simple-to-use application created to make your computer run faster and smoother. It's a tool that claims to improve almost every little aspect of your computer's performance, from the speed of the Internet connection to how smoothly games run on your system.
It's not exactly obvious how it achieves this purpose though, as except for some quick mentioning of prioritizing the CPU quota for background tasks, turning off unnecessary animations, and applying changes to the memory swap, there's no clear explanation of what exactly SystemSwift does to make your computer act like it's new again. The aforementioned tweaks don't seem like they're enough to produce such a drastic change in the performance level of a computer, at least not my knowledge. In other words, I'm a bit puzzled by the lack of clear options when using this tool to improve the performance level of your system, and a bit reticent when it comes to the final outcome of actually pressing the “Optimize now” button. I did that during my testing and I haven't noticed any remarkable difference.
Anyway, SystemSwift is really simple and easy-to-use. In order to use it you only have to select your OS, your Internet connection type, and your processor model, and press the “Optimize now” button.
To conclude, if you don't mind not knowing how exactly it works, SystemSwift looks like a decent choice to attempt improving the speed and the performance level of your computer.
