Super Ping Pro is an app that lets you ping domains/IPs. Just type the domain/IP to be pinged, specify the number of times to ping and click on Ping! button.
Say you want to save the ping result. Just go to File > Save. You will be able to save the ping result as a TXT file. You will be able to open it with any simple text editor like TextEdit.
