Sugar Crash 0.02

Taking inspiration from games like Toss the Turtle and Burrito Bison, I present to you Sugar Crash. Take on the role of an inventive little mouse who has managed to create a portal into candyland. Launch yourself out of a cannon and into the fray as you see just how far and how big you can go as a mouse with a truly insatiable appetite attempts to devour everything in her path.

The game started out as a Weight Gaming Forum Jam entry but has evolved much past the original scope. It is currently in development and is planned to have some significant upgrades as it progresses. Some planned examples being a fleshed out multi pronged upgrade system, more varied enemy type unlocks, different zones/biomes like a chocolate city, and most ambitiously of all, supporter backed fully integrated alternate characters to launch.

'Controls': Most of the workshop buttons don't do anything yet, and there are no settings you can change currently. Click the Door to enter the workshop, click the cannon to enter the launch screen, and click the cannon again to fire the mouse. Hitting ESC closes the game along with manually selecting thetitle menu Exit button. Clicking theCredits window takes you to the Artist's Twitter.

If the character lands on a gummy she will eat it and bounce off. Colliding with a flying pixie stick will have her eat that and be given a horizontal speed boost. Colliding with a doughnut will slow her down and give her a high vertical launch angle. There are currently 5 total weight stages that can be reached if you manage to eat enough without stopping.

Dev Note: This is version 0.02, is currently being developed and isby no means the finished product but we wanted to share and get peoples opinions, ideas, and feedback.

Dev Note: Doughnuts can be snuck under without hitting them this is intentional, the game is endless this is also intentional, when the Mouse stops moving you will be taken back to the title menu this is intentional.
