Subio 1.1

Subio Platform is a platform-free omics data browser. You can import any kind of microarray data (Affymetrix, Agilent, NimbleGen, etc.), next generation sequencing (NGS) data (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, etc.) and proteomics/metabolomics MS data. Even if you don’t have your own data, now you can freely download thousands of omics data from the NCBI GEO web site, from which they haven’t fully discovered yet.
