StuntMANIA Reloaded is a fun racing game for the Mac. It is not a racing simulation game, by any means. It is more of a casual game that aims at being fun and easy to play. Recent versions have made the game better and better. There are different game modes, which you unlock by playing and finding tokens in each level. I tested the game playing the "go crazy" mode, which allows you to simply roam around the level finding different tokens and coins that unlock power-ups and different levels and game modes. Driving around was fun and the controls were easy to remember and responsive. There are quite a few power-ups that give you special powers. For example, the "mirror" power up allows you to do a quick 180-turn to head on the opposite direction you were heading. Or there is a super jump power-up, which, well, I'm sure you get what it does.
The level design is very good and each map is very large. You can choose different cars as you unlock them.
From the options window, you can choose to run the game in windowed mode or in full-screen. You can change the resolution and the graphics quality.
All in all, at $3.99 this is a great casual game. It is easy to play, instantly fun and well designed.
