Stremio is a media center utility that allows you to watch your favorite TV shows, music videos, and movies directly from your desktop. This program features a nicely-designed and intuitive interface, comes with an effective search tool, and enables you to create your own library for storing your favorite movies and TV shows.
Unlike some of its competitors, the software was designed so that even a beginner can easily handle it and configure its settings. You can choose between multiple themes, import media from your local directories, and quickly install the add-ons you need.
The first thing you need to do after installing the program on your Mac is to log in to a personal Stremio account (you can create a new one directly from the program's interface if needed). The tool then helps you discover new movies or TV shows, find detailed information about your favorite films, and easily manage your own video library.
A great thing about this utility is that it can let you know when new episodes or movies you're interested in are released.
The only thing that bothered me while testing the program was that it took a while to launch on my Mac. Still, there's a chance it's my Mac's fault.
All in all, Stremio is a great solution for watching TV shows and movies. It's feature-rich, easy-to-use, and free.
