The SMS4DC (Spectrum Management System for Developing Countries) is an automated technical and administrative tool for managing spectrum in developing countries. This version has been upgraded to display results on Google Earth, link with the ARGUS monitoring software of Rohde & Schwarz, and incorporate the frequency allocation table approved by the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-07). Additional enhancements have been made to Version 2 of the software.
