Species Counterpoint 1.1

Species Counterpoint is a program that allows users to enter a cantus firmus, select a mode, and have the program attempt to solve it according to 16th century contrapuntal rules. This version includes new features such as a default modal mode, the ability to recover leaps greater than fourths, no repeated patterns of three or more notes, memory dots for quick solutions, a cmd-comma shortcut for preferences, more sample cantus firmi from Johann Fux, and an increased maximum composition length of fifteen.
