SparkBooth can be used to take photos in a simulation of a real photo booth. Such an application needs to be easy to use and SparkBooth is no exception. Most of the times, all it requires is pressing the space bar to take a photo.
This product is available in three different licenses: Personal, Premium and DSRL. This means that you get different features depending on the license you have purchased. For instance, although it supports three modes: Photo Booth, Photo Kiosk and Mirror Booth, only the first one mentioned is available from the Personal license.
Before taking a photo, you can always make some quick adjustments, which include choosing one of the connected cameras and the desired effect. By default, it produces a vertical strip of four photos; however, there are other layouts you can pick as well. In addition, you can configure effects, such as sound and preview time. Regrettably, although it lets you use hotkeys, they cannot be customized.
Once you have taken the photographs, there are several options to share them with others. In this regard, you can easily export them to various picture formats, like GIF (animated gifs for premium licenses only), JPG, JPEG and PNG. There is also the possibility to send your pictures directly to a printer. Finally, SparkBooth can also upload them to the cloud or sent them via email.
In general, SparkBooth can be used to simulate a photo booth. It is an excellent way to have fun with your friends and keep memories of important events. As said, there are three different licenses, but you can still try the product at no cost.
