SoundAbout is an app that fixes an issue where a phone doesn’t receive audio via the speaker and/or its built-in earpiece. This is a problem that usually arises when the phone believes a pair of headphones is being plugged in when it isn’t. The lite version of this app lets you route media to a destination of your choice. It also lets you transmit text-to-speech sound/audio to different outputs. Ringtones and notifications can be turned on based on the final audio being used.
