The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) from the European Space Agency now offers a unique computer screensaver that allows users to experience near-real-time images of the sun. Every time the screensaver is activated, it will search the internet for the most recent images of the sun that SOHO has sent to scientists. These images will provide viewers with an exciting glimpse of events happening on our star, such as huge expulsions of matter.
