Smart Converter Pro is a program that enables Mac users to convert video and audio files between multiple media formats. This utility might prove to be of good use when you need to easily convert a large amount of clips or songs to a certain media format. You can choose from a wide variety of output profiles and batch convert as many files as you need.
Another great thing about this media converter is its ability to monitor any folder you choose from your local drives and automatically convert any file you copy to the selected directory. All of the settings that need to be configured for this option can be found by accessing the "Folder Monitoring" option from the main menu of the utility.
Still, the application comes with a disadvantage: it doesn't let you choose individual output profiles when batch converting media files. So, if you import multiple files, they will be converted to only one output format - the one you select from the bottom side of the interface.
