Ski Resort Mogul is a typical time management game in which you take care of a ski resort and do your best to make it both a profitable business and an attractive destination for any ski lovers. You may enhance it with restaurants, shops, hotels, cabins, and a large variety of elements that you have to upgrade and keep in top shape for the overall success of your ski resort. Acquiring new land and hiring new workers are also part of the game.
Ski Resort Mogul comes with quite simple visuals, typical for this kind of games. They're cute and colorful, but still, far from the contemporary visuals of nowadays games. As for the gameplay, though there are almost 40 levels to complete, and a lot of upgrades, building, and other game elements to manage, Ski Resort Mogul gets quite repetitive and a bit boring. It also lacks the proper level of difficulty to pose a real challenge to the more hardcore gamers. The game feels rather slow, especially during the early levels. Anyway, beginners will appreciate the chance to learn to play the game without any rush or stress. A neat and handy tutorial is also available.
To sum it all up, Ski Resort Mogul is not exactly my type of game, as it is quite slow, too simple, and too... casual, to say so. Plus, except for the rather unique theme of managing a ski resort, it resembles the other many time management games too much.
