Signo is a tool that allows you to assign hotkeys for almost anything. Once you install the program, it will sit in your system tray from where you will be able to control everything. The program offers pre-defined hotkeys to open common programs and websites like Gmail, notepad, Google Maps, etc., and even to capture (take screenshots) different parts of the screen (area, window, all screen, etc.). The program even allows you to set a specific hotkeys for saving a certain screen capture to a folder, clipboard, etc. You will be able to see the entire list of hotkeys by clicking on "All hotkeys" in the system tray menu.
