SightSpeed is video conferencing software for Windows and Mac OS X. It is targeted at business users, but still can be used by anyone who pays for it. Perhaps the most salient features of this application are video quality and presentation. Indeed, I had never seen such a crisp image in a network conferencing tool.
As far as presentation goes, the developers of SightSpeed made this program totally dummy-proof. Anyone can follow the on-screen instructions to set it up. Even the options menu has built-in help. For example, in the sound options, you are shown a picture of the back of a sound card so that you absolutely know where you need to plug your microphone in.
On another note, SightSpeed does a good job of configuring most settings automatically, so you should be able to use it out of the box. Unlike other video conferencing tools out there, SightSpeed is more restricted to who you can chat with. Most conferences will be carried out with accounts that you create, which is why this is a business application.
The registration process is a bit too long in my opinion, and creating additional users is a bit of a hassle. Still, great quality and presentation more than make up for it.
