ShareMate is a simple Mac utility created for users who wish to easily and quickly share important data with other people. The application lives on your Menu Bar, is very simple to handle, and uses minimum CPU resources.
The first thing you need to do is to log into your Dropbox account from the main menu of the ShareMate app (there's a Connect To Dropbox button). Afterwards, you can select the files you wish to share and the program will offer you a correspondent link which you can send to other people for download.
The utility comes with a built-in file manager where you can access the content that's been uploaded to your Dropbox account with ShareMate. You can also delete the files if you no longer need them in your account.
Another useful feature is the ability to automatically upload any screenshot you take on your desktop to your Dropbox account. This way, you can immediately distribute snapshots, without using your default browser or file sharing tools.
All in all, I think ShareMate is a capable and efficient Mac tool. It's simple to use, features a comprehensive help guide, doesn't slow down the performance of your computer, and works perfectly.
