Shape2Earth Globe is a tool that allows users to quickly and easily capture and save Google Earth images for personal use. The images can be used in applications like Microsoft Office and ArcMap. Shape2Earth Globe also saves the coordinates of the image in a KML file, which can be used to generate a world file and projection file so that the image can be loaded into a GIS such as ArcMap. The projection information is Lat/Long, WGS84, but can be reprojected in other GIS programs.
