SeaTTY 

Keep track of weather conditions in a selected area and plan activities according to real-time reports on changes. The suite also supports accessing weather charts transmitted in RTTY, NAVTEX, HF-FAX (WEFAX), GMDSS DSC and NWR-SAME modes. Alarms in cases of extreme conditions are sent.

A program to receive weather reports, navigational warnings and weather charts transmitted on longwave and shortwave bands. Supported modes are RTTY, NAVTEX and HF-FAX (WEFAX). It can decode GMDSS DSC (HF and VHF) messages. Software also can automatically save NOAA Weather Radio SAME voice messages (NWR SAME) and them digital headers. None additional hardware is required - your need only receiver and computer with a sound card. Audio output of receiver is connected to linear or microphone input of sound card.
