Sea Journey is a turn-based matching game in which you must sink your enemy ship. Like in most match-3 games the objective is to swap adjacent tiles in a way to form three or more of the same type to make them disappear from the board. When you make a match you collect those objects, which help you defeat your enemy faster. You can collect coins, that help you buy more ships when you finish a level, three types of jewels, and scrolls that provide experience and help you make upgrades on your existing ships. The bombs are the most important matches that you must make in order to destroy your enemy. There are four types of ships to choose from, and they all offer particular characteristics, so you should choose them wisely according to the mission you've been ordered.
The mechanism of the game is simple, you and your enemy have both three turns each, but you can collect more by matching more than three items. Unfortunately, the game only includes one mode and it doesn't allow you to play against another human player, which would be great.
Regarding the graphics, they are very attractive and detailed. The battles take place in different beautiful scenarios, so you won't get bored. Sound effects are also good and the music is very suitable.
