SCSnapShotIP is a basic photo application that supports zooming, panning, rotating, mirroring, and framing of both the image preview and capture from IP cameras supporting Http Live Streaming (HLS). This tool mimics many of the features provided by the macOS version of 'SCSnapShot' for USB and built-in cameras.
The application fully saves and restores the state of each camera connected. This makes scanning though multiple cameras simple. State information is restored between sessions as well.

Fixes a bug related to an attempt to connect an IP camera with an invalid URL as configured in settings, resulting in the application abruptly aborting. Additionally, provides other minor bug fixes and improves image processing efficiencies. No new features this release.
