Satellite TV is a program that lets you watch TV on your PC. It´s also capable of playing radio stations. The channels and stations are supposed to broadcast over the Internet, since the program receives the streaming from it. It doesn´t use any other hardware than your sound card, monitor and speakers. You don´t need to have a tuner card. You´re going, then, to be limited to the channels and stations that are available on the Internet.
