RV Icon Edit allows you fast and simply to create, edit, import and export of Icons and Cursors. The application supports Windows XP Truecolor-Icons. RV Icon Edit can store Icons of different size (to 72x72 pixel) and in all color depths (monochrome, 16 colors, 256 colors, Truecolor and Truecolor with alpha canal) in Icon-or cursor file. The import and export of pictures in different current formats (PNG, GIF, JPG, BMP) is supported. For the edit of Icons and Cursorn RV Icon Edit offers different editing tools (pencil, paintbrush, line, filling with color or replacement of colors, rectangle, ellipse, text etc.).
