runme is a free program launcher for Windows.

Once installed, the program will place a tab named "RunMe", on the left of your desktop. This tab will be always visible. If you hover your mouse over it, you will see that a new list appears, with direct accesses to open a program, a link, a unit, a folder, My Computer, My Documents, the Recycle Bin, your Desktop or the Control Panel. It is also possible to include direct access for Login Out, Shut Down or Restart your computer. By default, this window will create direct accesses to the Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers, My PC, My Documents and the Recycle Bin. You can add then your own direct accesses, that you can include into a group. The entries will need to include the path were the program or document is stored in your computer, or the link to its URL. You can also include a picture (.PNG, .ICO, .DLL or .EXE) to be used as an icon that will identify that entry. It is possible to reorganize the entries into the groups by clicking and dragging them into the right place of the new menu.
