RssReader is an application that allows you to keep track of RSS and Atom feeds. Most popular websites offer RSS feeds nowdays and that is an excellent way of publishing content. If you are anything like me, there are several web pages that you visit every day, and RssReader allows you to keep track of them all from a single application. However, everything comes at a price. RssReader is able to show you what is up on most of your sites, but the way it tells you just lacks some style. You are given reports of the headlines on one-liners, which pretty much takes all the fun away from the websites you usually follow. On the main page where you are shown all the feeds you subscribe too, you only see text, no video, no images, no nothing. If you are OK with that you are going to appreciate many of the application's other features. For example, the application comes with a database of popular feeds, from which you can add the ones that you are interested in the most. With only a click of your mouse, you can subscribe to the feeds and receive those not-so-nice one-line headlines and, with another click, you can lunch a browser to check the full content out.
