Rock debugger is a 32-bit assembler-level analyzing Degugger for 80x86 - processors architecture. Developed for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP.
In new version the debugger kernel has been completely made over as well as the interface and plugins engine.
The primarily features of the new version are:
- The new handy program interface with docking windows and tabs.
- The plugins system is based upon the COM model which allows to develop the plugins almost with any programming language. The plugins are able to use all the debugger capabilities. Moreover they are able to create their own windows, docking windows, toolbars, menus etc.
- The support of the scripting languages based upon an ActiveX scripting engine is plained (JScript, VBScript, PerlScript, PScript, Python, RubyScript etc.).
The thousands lines of code have already been written but I still can say nothing about the final release date. You can promote the project development by different ways. Translate the Russian documentation into English, suggest good icons for the debugger, write a useful plugin etc.
The Remote Debugger Installation is intended for computers without Visual Studio
