Reilio Sync Free is a program that allows you to share your files between different devices and with different people. Thus, if you work remotely and want to collaborate with your peers, this tool may be useful for you.
The program is easy to use. Once installed, you only need to select the folder or file you want to share. The software then will ask you if you want to share it through a link or a QR code. If you are sharing an entire folder, you can do so using a key too.
If you decide to use a link, the program will ask you if you want to send it through your e-mail account or copy it to paste it later into a document. In the case of the QR code, you will need a reader to access the web address. The code can be only copied and pasted.
Of course, to access the file or folder, the receiving device needs to have the program installed. This may be a disadvantage but not a huge one.
In sum, if you work collaboratively and share a lot of files with other people, then this software can be very useful.
The free version is for personal use only and has limited capabilities. There are pay-based Home, Family, and Business editions with more capabilities. If you like the free version, you may want to try one of these Pro editions.
