Res2dinvx32 is a software tool for 2D resistivity and IP inversion. It uses the Smoothness-Constrained Gauss-Newton least-squares inversion technique to create a 2D model of the subsurface from the apparent resistivity data. The program is automatic and the user does not need to provide a starting model. The inversion parameters can be modified by the user.
