“Request Organizer Deluxe” is an application designed for Windows that enables its users to track and manage requests (general information, details, resolution description, notes or the source of the request), as well as complaints, suggestions or feedback. I particularly like this software because it is very easy to use and makes my life easier. Managing files and stuff like that is not exactly my hobby, but some things need to be done, even if I don’t enjoy doing them. “Request Organizer Deluxe” is like a desk mate who does my homework for me. The information I have is now organized and easy to access. There are many search options and features that I actually use because they are very helpful for me. This program can search, replace, enter and modify data, sort, filter and print reports or labels. It’s easy to create and manage a database or a table, a graph or any statistics I might need. With a few clicks, I can have an overall picture of the whole thing, and this is what made me use this tool and not look any further. There is also a back up data function, so it’s easy to protect the request data which is so important for me. And as far as security is concerned, I have nothing to worry about. Thanks to the “network multi-user” function I can use this software on my network, or I can create any number of accounts for users who share the same computer and want to have their own databases. I would sincerely recommend “Request Organizer Deluxe” to anyone who might need a quality software of this kind.
