Reload Editor is a free software package that allows users to create and store electronic content with descriptive metadata. This version of the Reload Editor is built on the Eclipse Rich Client Platform and supports IMS MD (1.1, 1.2.1, and 1.2.4), IEEE LOM, IMS CP (1.1.1, 1.1.2, and 1.1.4), SCORM 1.2, and SCORM 2004 (3rd edition) specifications.
