Reference Tracker will help you create your reference list in no time. Copying and pasting from the web can be sometimes tricky and you have to manage your reference lists yourself (alphabetize, make sure everything is the uniform style etc). With Reference Tracker all you need to do is find your book or newspaper and the rest is done by this little but awesome program. It's worth all the money you'd pay for it.
The only disadvantage of this program, for me, is that I am no longer in college and there is no need for me to use it; otherwise, I would not mind spending 15 dollars because it would definitely decrease my headache when writing papers. Writing a paper is alright, but creating the reference list for it is extremely annoying. Of course it is the important part of the paper but people did everything to make it hard and different and unclear. Reference Tracker supports different reference styles, such as MLA and APA. It also supports various sources for your references: from newspapers to videos to books. The power of the Internet makes this software even more valuable. There is no need to figure out the exact title of the book as you can search it using the bar code on the back and then select it from the list of books. Or if you cannot find it using the bar code (for them fake books) then you can search your book by its name.
The list is generated in a plain text so you can just copy and paste into your document and won't have to battle changing text formatting.
Overall, if you are in college or working on your own book, this tool could be awesome for you!
