Recover Data for Windows is a program that allows to recover deleted or lost files and folders from FAT and NTFS partitions.
This program will scan your hard disks looking for the information that is still saved on them, detecting and restoring corrupt partition tables, the master boot record and the deleted files and folders, even if the disk has been formatted, or from crashed disks.
The program offers four recovery modes: Quick Scan, Exhaustive Scan, Raw Recovery and Disk Imaging. You can then select the units where you want to scan for things to recover. Recover Data will then show you some properties of your hard disk, like the percentage of usage, the file system in which the disk is formatted, and the capacity of that given drive. You can make the program scan for additional partitions, and it is possible to restrict the scan area to just a part of the hard disk.
The demo version of Recover Data for Windows will scan your disks and will show you what it has found. You will be able to preview the files and folders that can be recovered, but the program will not let you recover anything.
