Receipt Generator is a very easy-to-use application which helps you create money receipts. A receipt is a document which justifies payment transactions. It contains three standard sections: information about the institution which releases the receipt, identification data about the deponent, and the amount paid together with means of payment.
The receipt released by this program meets the requirements of such a document. You should complete in Settings the company's data releasing the receipt, such as name, official address, and contact form. You can personalize the receipt issued by your company with a special message that may appear on the top or at the bottom of the document. These predefined information will appear on every document, without being necessary to complete them every time. The rest of data related to buyer and payment should be filled in the main window. Both day and time of issuing the document will be automatically printed on the receipt. If you have questions regarding the receipt's layout, you can preview it before printing.
Receipt Generator has a simple and intuitive interface, with few fields to fill in where you are supposed to complete basic information related to issuer, receiver and transaction amount.
