RCEnhancePB is a bundle of features that adds extra functionality to the older version of ProjectBuilder.app (ProjectBuilderWO on MacOS X). Most users will only use one feature, which is the addition of a target popup to the build panel. This is mainly useful for developers using WebObjects 4.x or WebObjects 5.x on Windows 2000. This version includes a Services menu restoration for ProjectBuilderWO on MacOS X.
