RadioZilla 1.1

RadioZilla is a program which is very similar to an online radio. It has a lot more stations than any other online radio I've used. Every genre you can think of is neatly categorized, and for each genre you have many stations to choose from. The program also offers the possibility to record the songs you're currently listening to.

Most online radios usually play some commercials one every 3 songs. This is the first thing I looked for in the program, because this usually annoyed me the most in online radios. I was pleasantly surprised to listen for over an hour, and with no commercials. This for me was a huge plus for the program, because you can enjoy music, without hearing some commercials at 200% volume every 10 minutes.

The layout of the program is well done. On the left side you have all the genres, and in the box underneath it, you can choose a station. In the right side of the screen, a picture will appear from the album of the artist which is currently playing. Here you can also see the name of the song. I really enjoyed this feature as well, because many online radios don't offer this. Also the program has a song history feature. Every song you'll listen to, not mattering from which station, will appear in the box on the right side.

Downloading songs directly with the program is easy. You can change the destination folder in the options menu. There is also another option called "auto record" which will record everything you are listening to. I really enjoyed this feature because, while listening to music, you can enlarge your songs' library.

In conclusion, RadioZilla is by far one of the best online radio programs that I've seen. It is simple to use, the music quality is very good and you can record the songs. I can't think of something it lacks.
