QMovies is a simple batch movie conversion application designed to work with only QuickTime movies (MOV). QMovies comes in two parts. The selfMovies module lets you batch convert reference movies into self-contained QuickTime videos. refMovies goes the other way around. You can use refMovies to batch-convert self-contained QuickTime videos into reference movies.
