QExtract.exe is a commandline tool for extracting a file from a SAVCorp quarantine file. The tool takes a given VBN file and the target filename for the file to be extracted. It looks for the given VBN file in SAV’s quarantine directory and extracts the actual file contained in the VBN file into the target file given.
