Pyfa is a fitting tool for Eve online that allows you to calculate the stats of any possible combination of ships and modules without having to buy them all in-game. The app can export those stats in various formats: EFT, DNA and XML.
The DNA format can be opened directly in game using a tool like Dnaspawner.
