PwnageTool is a Mac app that allows you to jailbreak iOS devices. This "jailbreak" allows your iOS device to run unsigned content on your iPhone. PwnageTool doesn't do any pirating of its own, though. It is simply an application that was designed to upgrade your iOS device with a hacked firmware that installs Cydia and Icy on it.
