Pseudo is a drag-and-drop application that allows you to launch other applications in the OSX Desktop as the System Administrator or root. This program gives you the possibility to optionally store your password in your keychain so you don't need to enter it every time.
The usage of this program consists of dropping an application icon onto the Pseudo icon, or into the Drop Target window of an already running copy of Pseudo. You will be asked for your password, and the program will be launched with their administrative privileges.
Pseudo also provides its functionality through a service in the Services menu of other applications, and through an optional system-wide menu.
