Property Maintenance Tracker (PMT) is a cloud-based service for tracking and managing property maintenance tasks. It helps users to store and calculate when subsequent maintenance is due for single-family homes and other properties such as townhomes, duplexes, etc. PMT stores a database of providers, tasks, and properties, and allows users to track maintenance data and components.

Receipt images must be stored in the BrilorSoftware data folder with other PMT data. PMT now warns if a receipt file dragged to the app isn't stored in that location or one of its sub-folders.
