Progenetix is a Dashboard widget that provides access to the Progenetix molecular-cytogenetic online database (www.progenetix.net). This database is the largest collection of genomic aberration data in human malignancies analyzed by Comparative Genomic Hybridization. With Progenetix, users can input a chromosomal band containing a suspected oncogene and receive a sorted list of tumor entities with a high frequency of chromosomal imbalances in this region.
